Dr. David Daughtry, O.D.

Dr. David Daughtry, Jr. is a native of North Carolina  and was raised in Garner.

While stationed with the U.S. Navy on the west coast, he finished his undergraduate work at San Diego State University majoring in Biochemsitry with an Associates of Science in Physics. He received his doctorate from Southern College of Optometry and interned with the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Memphis, TN before returning home to North Carolina in 2010. Dr. Daughtry has practiced in the Triad area since with offices in High Point, Lexington and Wallburg, NC. His focus is in primary health care of the eyes, contact lens fittings, management of ocular disease and treatment of injuries. Dr. Daughtry is a member of the American Optometric Association, North Carolina State Optometric Society and Winston Salem Optometric Society.
