No Show Policy
Due to a reduction in appointment availability caused by COVID19 and our rigorous cleaning protocols, we ask that you please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. A no show fee of $35 may be charged if 24 hours notice is not provided.
Appointment Cancellation
In order to be respectful of the eye care needs of all our patients, please be courteous and call Triangle Visions Optometry 24 hours in advance if you are unable to show up for an appointment. We understand that things come up and it may not be possible for you to keep your scheduled appointment.
How to Cancel an Appointment
To cancel an appointment, please call 844-655-2020. If you do not reach a representative that can assist, you may leave a detailed message on our voicemail and someone will contact you in a timely manner. Alternatively, you may chat or text us via our website chat tool (bottom right-hand corner of our your screen).
Glasses Return Policy
All glasses and frame returns subject to a $23.50 restocking fee.
