Dr. John Marshall, O.D.
Originally from North Carolina, he returned to the area to practice Optometry in 1994 and specializes in primary family eyecare.
Dr. Marshall received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Appalachian State University in 1990. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1994 from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia.

When did you know that you wanted to be an optometrist
I decided in college after working with a local doctor.
Favorite part of being an optometrist
I enjoy the relationship with patients and participating in healthcare within a greater community.

Mountains!

Lollapalooza in 1992.
Do you have any pets?
Cody the black lab, and Parrot the cat.

I grew up in DC (that’s deep Chatham for all y’all that didn’t know).
